Hosting Policy
privateshow does not host or store any audiovisual or multimedia content on its servers. Our platform only indexes and aggregates content publicly available on third-party websites. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of external content.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content indexed by privateshow infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. A valid notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) in question.
- Details to locate the allegedly infringing material (e.g., exact URLs).
- Your contact information: full name, address, phone, email.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or agent.
Response and Liability
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, privateshow will act promptly to remove or disable access to the referenced content in our index. This applies only to content listings; the original content remains hosted on third-party platforms.
privateshow does not directly profit from indexed content. Advertising covers operational costs only. Submitting false DMCA claims may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
